Back at home did some weights: A) Pin Squat with the Spider Bar - Kg 71 - 13 rounds of 45 sec. - 1 rep per round. Pin at hole nr 2 of Megatec power rack. B) Dip - 13 rounds of 30 sec - 1 rep per round; C) 13 janda sit-up.
What a full day I had. First skating with my little one, then workout with my "new BFF" 😂, then roller skating with both of my kids to end off the night. I have never been so active for a full day. #timewellspent .
