We showed you a few teaser photos of our newest Point model - Rocky - a few days ago, and here is the full photo album!
Rocky is a 20 ft. x 8.5 ft. tiny house on wheels and it is going to be used as a rental unit in Rocky Mount, North Carolina's @riverandtwine, a spectacular brewery and outdoorsy getaway. It's going to be awesome 😎
Since this model will be exclusively used as a rental, you'll notice it doesn't have all the storage you may be accustomed to seeing, such as our raised social area. It also doesn't have a ton of cabinets to store stuff because, well, typically tourists don't bring their Christmas trees and photo albums on their weekend getaway.

Bright wood, a neutral colour palette with well placed punchy accents and detailed geometric patterns: Emil Dervish created this calm interior concept for a family home in Copenhagen. The Kiev-based architect’s suggests to use a lot of bespoke cabinetry to make the most of the 66 sq mt (=710 sq ft), 2 bedroom apartment. And wouldn't any kid’s room benefit from a child’s bed featuring a staircase with smoothly integrated drawers?
This tiny home exterior was my favorite we’ve created so far. For the next build I’m thinking I’ll do a similar profile but with stained cedar/metal on the exterior instead of white to give it more of a cozy cabin look. What do you think? 🎉 This week I’m in Kona, HI at University of the Nations @ywamkona sharing with Business, Entrepreneur and Trades students which has been super good so far! In my free time I’ve been sketching out plans and ideas for the next 7 tiny homes for 2019, really excited about the design direction we’re going to take!
Today was a great day all around for me. Our visit to Kennedy Space Center was a first and I was in awe at the size of these rockets! We also took the opportunity to drive A1A from Cocoa FL. to Vero Beach basically. No stop lights, just a beautiful drive with our house behind us. That still sometimes blows my mind. 😬 .
Tomorrow we are going to explore the Vero Beach area and visit a ghost town!! What?! Oh yea .. 👻👻 .
So until then, hope everyone is having a great weekend! 💙💖💙

One of our absolute favs.
💡ft. our XL Gold Anodized Aluminum Cross Structured Ceiling Fixture with Opaline Glass Lamp Shades, originally from the Historic Stock Market Building in Amsterdam (we have two more available)
My main goal with bathroom storage is creating a space that is quick and simple to clean. I am sharing the system we use to store bath products, bath toys and basically everything we use on a daily basis for a family of four that creates a space that is easy to clean.
I have tried a bunch of different ways to store bath toys & the best one I have found is this small laundry basket from Dollar Tree (surprise, surprise 😉) The biggest reason that I like it is the bottom is mostly open, so water can easily drain out & it is really simple to dump the items inside the tub quickly and wipe down the basket as needed. Our kids can clean up, aka throw everything in the basket, and when my husband or I are using the tub it is easy to remove kid stuff by placing the basket outside the tub. Kid bath products also go in the basket, and for the record items are not normally stacked nicely they are thrown in haphazardly - bath time is crazy town around here 😂
For our bath mats we hang them on the wall so they can dry easily. I love these clear ones from Walmart, about once a month I let them soak in a pail of bleach and water and that’s all the maintenance they need.
A good over the shower rack is a handy solution for keeping the area around the tub clear. Because my main goal for our bath area is having a tub that is easy to clean, a clear space is one that is quick and simple to wipe down. I prefer this style of hanging rack because it is easy to soak in some bleach and water every so often and scrub down with my bathtub dish brush. This one also has a handy middle rack for soap & to hang a razor, and the very bottom holds hair ties, clips and wash cloths.
In my last post I chatted about how I used to be the queen of stock piling bath products. It took us a long time to get through our stock pile, but now we are down to keeping on hand what we need and use on a regular basis.
We have a double towel rack from Ikea that holds our bath mat & towels. I dream of one day having white towels but our reality is black is best for now. We do a lot more dark loads of laundry in our home and towels get thrown in on the regular around here. Practicality over Pinterest 😉
A small space is better than no space. I would sleep out there all day long 🙏🏻❤️ #patricesdreamhome

Totally wasn’t sure how this was going to go today. I tackled my “unmentionables”- I choose only to show you my socks, however similar process for the rest of the drawer 😉I honestly think this has been the BEST part so far. I always hate digging through my drawer to find matching socks - now I don’t have to. I do have some leftover socks BUT they are gone after laundry day tomorrow if they don’t have a mate. It may not seem like socks #sparkjoy , but there are some here that I love others are comfy for working out. So #awesome ! #konmari#koncraggan#organizing#smallspaces
When you do what you love to do it’s not work, especially when you get a photo like this from a happy client! We were asked by a good friend and the mother of this cutie if we could build a custom bench/seating area to accommodate her small dining space and also provide lots of storage. Well..we accepted the job and this is what we made for her. It was a fun project to do, even with this crazy weather the last two weeks. A special thanks to @badassstar for her awesome building skills and DL for his advice and help when we got stuck, he always comes thru 👍🏼💪🏼
Weekend vibes! We’re here til 6pm today, Sunday 11-4pm!

My clients rug finally arrived! 🙌🏻As promised from my post of this space in November I wanted to show you guys the room completed. Scroll through to see before and after photos.
I recycled the clients table and chairs and found the wine buffet in another room of their home, but everything else is new. Scott and I were also able to paint the walls and I shopped all the details.
