Yeah, I don’t know how I feel about this one, to be honest. But I just wanted to put it out there.
In a funk today, so I don’t think there’s any quote that would really inspire me. But you guys always lift me up when I hit these points in life...so maybe I will find some reassurance in your comments.
I think sometimes it’s ok to feel what you’re feeling and not be like “my life is fucking awesome” all the time, because it isn’t.
At the very least just be honest with yourself. That’s where I am, or at least where I’m trying to be.
So yeah, maybe “Winston Churchill” pushes you past some obstacle today or maybe you just say fuck off to this #Mizzfit_Quote . I’m with you either way. xo

Our emotional and mental state can affect our physical health. When we focus on being positive, we actually change the brain, creating new neural pathways or habitual patterns of emotional stability, competence, positivity, and contentment - things that are consistent with longevity and good health. Yoga teaches you to live in the present and be grateful for what you have and what you can do now.
Yoga is for everyone and this week we’re inspired by Yoga Behind Bars! This program teaches mindfulness and mediation to inmates. Yoga helps them improve their mindset and provides a new outlook for their futures. .

#somethingtothinkabout#rezekiallahbagi#belajarsyukur 😊
On this account I try not to repost a lot of other people’s stuff, but this post from @plannerslounge resonated so much with me and many of the conversations I have with clients that I felt the need to pass it along and share! Social media is a tool that many companies use to advertise and promote their business. They work hard to create a very specific brand or image. Don’t ever be fooled into thinking that they don’t have their own challenges along the way! They might not be exactly the same as yours, but believe me when I say life isn’t rosy all the time. We all have struggled. Some people just choose not to dwell on what’s not working and focus instead on what is! Decide for yourself what you want your business brand to say about you.😊

It's so encouraging to see that, over time, there's been more conversation around men's mental and emotional health - especially on social media.
But when it comes to dealing with masculinity and some of its more 'toxic' traits, the media outcry that erupts each time usually results in little action, and a whole lot of blame instead.
People are quick to take to social media to share their thoughts and opinions on the person or situation in question, but often forget to step back and try to understand the reasons for their actions first.
That's why, while creating a stir in the digital world to open the conversation surrounding men's mental health, wellbeing, and the concept of what it means to be a man, we need to take actionable steps towards making a difference through understanding and connection.
This can include personally educating yourself first, about toxic masculinity and how it affects men and society as a whole, as well as how it's been reinforced over the years by social culture and outdated norms.
Integration of disintegration? It depends on how you look at it!Everything in life is about perspective. You have the power to choose the way you see things!
You can make the dullest days brighter if you just decide to!
Take control man!
Sometimes, we let perfection become an excuse to start an initiative, build a business or make that dream a reality.
We think that we'll only put it out there when it's of a certain standard that we want.
But the key is progress.
If you're not embarrassed of the first work that you did, then you're not progressing fast enough.
Sure, there's going to be mistakes and errors along the way. But that's better than staying at the same spot as you were last year.
