. 🏋️‍♂️Belts should only be worn with heavy resistance exercises eg. the squat or deadlift with loads approaching your 1RM or at least above 60% and should never be used to compensate for poor form. .
. 🎗If you are implementing the use of belts, you should include exercises in your routine which strengthen the abdominals and lower back; without the muscle development in these areas, injuries can occur when working with heavy loads. .
