❌HOW TO ENHANCE YOUR CURVES❌

These pictures are one year apart, so what have I been doing in between to achieve this growth?🧐
.
In the first pictures I had just begun hip thrusting and was using 45-60 pound pre-weighted barbells. I trained glutes twice a week as part of a full lower body day and was still doing a fair amount of steady state cardio.💪🏻🔥🍑
.
Then I started implementing small changes in my training regimen. 🚶🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
.
Glute training went from 2x a week became 3x a week, from full lower body to a greater emphasis on glute isolation, from 45-60lbs for 2 set, to 45-60lbs for six sets, to 6-8 sets of almost 300 pounds in the hypertrophy rep range. 🔥🍑
.
Each week I added more reps or more sets, and as soon as that became easy, I added a faster tempo, and when that became easy, I added more weight. Then I would repeat. 🏋🏼‍♀️
.
This cycle of increasing reps, then adding sets, and then finally adding weight is called progressive overload and compounded with the right moves yields a bigger, rounder, stronger booty. 🍑🙌
.
Progress takes time, but there are definitely ways to be more mindful about achieving results in the the most time effective manor. ✨

Nawet gdy podejmujesz złą decyzję – podejmujesz najlepszą jaką umiesz podjąć z tymi informacjami, które masz. Ja wiem że najlepsze rozwiązanie to ma się po fakcie...znasz to?❔
Bez sensu jest rozpamiętywanie tego i krytykowanie się za NAJLEPSZE CO MOGŁEŚ ZROBIĆ.

Odpuść sobie  Zaakceptuj😉

Jeśli Zakceptujesz swoje niedoskonałości gwarantuje że będzie ci się żyło lepiej!

Jeśli masz ochotę coś zmienić, to zrób to niezależnie od tego czy jest Nowy Rok, środa czy 2 w nocy..⏲ nigdy nie wiesz co będzie jutro i czy ono rzeczywiście będzie,dlatego ŻYJ TAK JAKBY JUTRA MIAŁO BY NIE BYĆ!
Nic nie jest lepsze czy gorsze. Jest tak jak ma być w tym momencie.

I na wypadek jakby nikt ci tego nie powiedział...
Fajnie że jesteś;) 🇺🇸How to find happiness? Realize that, despite all imperfections, YOU ARE PERFECTLY⚠️ Even if you make the wrong decision - you take the best you can do with the information you have. I know that the best solution is after the fact ... you know it? ❔ 
It is pointless to think about it and criticize yourself for the BEST WHAT YOU CAN DO. 
Forget yourself😉

If you accept your imperfections, you guarantee that you will live better! 
If you want to change something, do it regardless of whether it is New Year, Wednesday or 2 a.m! You never know what will be tomorrow and whether it really will be, HOW LIVE AS THE TOMORROW WAS NOT TO BE. 
Nothing is better or worse. It is as it should be at this moment.

And in case you did not say it ... Cool that you're;)
