Had a blast @cardinals game last night! Lola’s first & our first as a family of 👨👩👧👦. @randyraquel & I really got a kick out of watching those two crazies experience the fun of Busch Stadium together! Late night, but worth it! #family#baseball#stlcardinals

I decided to write this and it is all my feelings toward why Bryce Harper would like St. Louis as a home. For one I do know that the Cardinals are not the front runners for most people as his landing spot. But think about it, no one is right now. There are no offers yet therefore there is technically there is no front runner to land Harper. So now why he would like St. Louis, I’ll just bounce around from idea to idea. First one that Mozeliak has said that players have commented on, this could seem useless but is underrated apparently. Travel. Travel to and from Busch Stadium in St. Louis is said to be very easy to players. Getting to and from games and practices just is big for some people. It would definitely be a lot easier than Philadelphia, Chicago, or any other city. The next point is my favorite and should be Bryce’s too. Harper wants to be glorified by a city. A face of the city. No other guy as good as me in this city feeling. Well, St. Louis has no other sport to compete with him. We have the Blues but no one worth mentioning to compete with Harper. Harper would be our face. If you have ever been to Cleveland, they used to have a HUGE poster of LeBron on a building right near the Indians and Cavs stadiums. When LeBron left, Lindor was put up in replacement. Harper would be that guy with the huge poster, the guy we all stand at a game knowing we get to see something amazing. All the other teams “in” on Harper have competing sports and teams to fade Harper a little. When you search St. Louis, you would see Bryce Harper and the Cardinals popping up.

News from Yadi's press conference at the 2019 Winter Warm-Up on Monday, Jan 21st.
Molina spoke to the media and was asked about his recent posts on Instagram. (See my previous post) Molina said "St. Louis is my home. If anybody has to say anything bad to my home, I'm going to be there for us." He also mentioned that "This year is different. No excuses." When asked about the Cardinal's Manager Mike Schildt, Molina said "Shildt is a baseball guy. He reminds me of Tony." Among some other questions, one reporter asked Molina what he did when he first found out the Cardinals were getting Paul Goldschmidt. Molina was on a boat in Jupiter, FL and said "Give me a beer!" when he found out. 🤣
Injury update: On Dec 8th Yadi underwent minor knee surgery. On Monday he said that his right knee is at about 50% and he probably won't play in a Spring Training game until mid-March.
Sounds cheesy, right?! But I am so freaking glad I decided to take this step four years ago. Yes, there were some days I didnt want to do it. Yes, there were some days I DIDNT do it. But I always got back at it. There has been no looking back! Except to see the progress!
Four years ago, a friend finally got through to me. I kept making excuses not to join her group, but after having my son, I decided enough was enough. I was tired of: -not having energy
-not liking to shop for clothes with friends
-getting tired walking up stairs
-ALL OF IT
So finally I said yes. I invested in myself. I bought a FUN program (after trying a HARD one that I hated because I wasnt ready for it) and I fell in love with it. I looked forward to it. I TOOK THE STEP.
Are you ready to take the step?! If the answer is YES, hit me up! There is no purchase requirement, no commitment (except to show up online), and no sign up (unless you decide to coach like I do)! Here is what I have going on soon:
❤ Free 5 day group with 4 other coaches to jump start February (keep those new years resolutions going)! Free recipes, short workouts, and plenty of motivation!
😍 February Boot Camp 4 week challenge. More recipes, more motivation, more LIFESTYLE incorporation.

Eddie first met Yadi in 2004, Molina’s first year with the Cards. Eddie was just 11
years old. Almost 15 years later Ed was able to track him down for an autograph. #stlcardinals#thegoat#winterwarmup2019
