My mood right now because I’m so excited to get back into gear again this week! It’s going to be painful, but I’m ready for that intensity to be in my training again, if you haven’t tried gear, I highly recommend it, it’s a feeling like no other. Cables are a good way to keep tension on the #muscle you are trying to #workout . In this case performing a #lat#row and #streching the muscle and focusing on tight #contractions every rep. Set list for the day;
Underhand chest fly
Cable ground and pound
Cable high rows (each arm)
Dumbbell chest press (incline)
