After last week, the weekend I had was much needed! So grateful for those who remind me to take a break and allow my body to recover. 💋 Yesterday I spent the day doing nothing but rest and recovery and I couldn't be more pumped for the week ahead of training and grinding💪🤑 LET'S GET IT👊 .

No. I share because I genuinely want to help people. I share because I’ve been through so many trials and tribulations and I still don’t know SQUAT, but I want to share my journey to inspire. I want people to feel inspired to go out and create a better life for themselves instead of accepting their own excuses for why they can’t be happy. I want them to see someone else struggling and be able to see themselves in me and draw strength from that.
I refuse to believe our lives are subject to the cards we are dealt without being able to play them how we want to.
I’m inspired by people every day, it’s what keeps me going. That feeling of hope and bursts of creativity are what propel me forward because otherwise I would have been eaten alive by my inner demons a long time ago.
So if you think I post for vanity, or because I think I’m better than others you’ve got it all wrong friend. I do think I’m better than someone...myself, because 10 years ago I was a quiet, self conscious, people pleaser who never let herself be proud of anything out of fear of being judged.
My confidence came from a dark place, meaning I had to train my mind to re-wire it’s way of thinking that I’d been taught since I was little. I had to teach myself that I am beautiful and beauty comes from things other than the size of your thighs. It comes from the size of your heart and depth of your soul.
So when you see something I post it’s a reflection of just that, my heart and soul.
I’m not trying to feed you some bullshit mantra about self love, success, or whatever else your IG feed is loitered with these days. Don’t be afraid to reach out to me, chances are I’ll love the shit out of you and give you the shirt off my back.

#Humpday transformation because I don’t think I’ve done one in like a year 🍑🎂. From 110lbs to 125lbs and at my heaviest and most uncomfortable lol almost 140lbs.
I remember taking down all my “glute” posts a couple years ago because I didn’t want to be “that girl” (and didn’t want my momma to judge me haha). But it’s still a muscle and still something to be proud of. I don’t train them directly as much like I used too. I more so indirectly train them from other exercises and accessory movements but one time for the peanut gallery in the back...

🎯😃TODAY MARKS MY 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY BEING A MEMBER WITH VITALITY!!! 😃🎯 2 years ago today my girl friend invited me to try out this bootcamp community and I have been hooked since my very 1st class!!! Looking back over the 2 years it has been an amazing experience and journey! From becoming a member to intern and now part time trainer at Vitality, I can truly say I have found a community where I feel I belong and make a positive impact on!! The results that I have seen in terms of my fitness journey have been remarkable!! I am achieving goals I never thought was possible!
I am so excited to continue my journey with Vitality and to expand my skills and experience as a personal trainer!

Here it is ‼️ The leg workout that you all voted to see on the feed 💪🏼 This is one of my heavier leg days, I really try to push as hard as I can through this workout, sometimes at the end of each set I’ll throw on 20 more lbs and go for 1 rep 😅 Make sure to double tap, save, and comment to support your girl 🥰
I can’t even begin to tell you how much today’s workout taught me. Getting out of my head was step 1. Being aware of the way that I talked to myself was step 2.
I talked about it in my story today of “what would people think if the way you talked to yourself was broadcast to everyone”!? 🤷🏻♀️ Before you tell yourself that you’re weak and not worth it, remember that YOU made the choice to make YOU better. The rest is just noise.

Three yoga classes so far, a cycle, and a hot hiit with one more yoga this week along with one more circuit class!
Each superset was done three times, 15-20 low weight reps focusing all on the muscle groups used!

Existe una frase de una canción que me gusta mucho , dice algo como " el cuerpo es tu instrumento muévelo como se te dé la gana 🎶", traigo a colación esto porque definitivamente nuestro cuerpo está a Merced de lo que nosotros decidamos hacer con él, tanto factores internos como externos son influyentes pero nosotros decidimos que tanto queremos que eso nos transforme...siempre me ha gustado verme grande , "carnua", y es por esto que no estoy tan al margen de contar calorias y macros, con los años he aprendido que me funciona que no, pero siempre ha sido algo empírica, ahora que estoy buscando mi versión 2.0 en alta definición 😅 debo ser más estricta con eso, llevaré un control más preciso para lograr objetivos más específicos, mis entrenos son siempre "bestiales" es un factor que ha sido determinante para lo que he logrado...
