Australia 💙 where my journey started 8 years ago, where I recreated myself, where I found a new passion and where I got my courage and my smile back.
It was amazing to be back 🇦🇺 Another great trip for the books - thank you Straya and all of the awesome and inspiring people I met along the way #linkinbio

With photography I have the chance to travel more and more and it's really fun but it's nice to go back home sometimes. 🏡✈️
Good morning everyone! Here's a few shots from yesterday. It was a gorgeous, blue sky day with glassy, knee high waves & light winds. When I 1st arrived at this spot, the waves were tiny. The waves had better form compared to Friday but were only for longboarders. I crossed my fingers & hoped that the magic window would make an appearance with waist high waves. At 1:30pm, the switch was turned on for a little over an hour when set after set was coming in & most sets were waist high. There was the occasional rogue wave that was bigger than waist high.
It turned out to be a really fun day! The switch was turned off at around 3pm. The winds also increased around 2pm. The seaweed was out of control. You know it's bad when an 11 year old boy tells his mom he was going to walk all the way around the seaweed because "you don't know what might be in there!" 😬
ride em to the rocks
i mean, why not? my thought is that every single wave traveled a long way... why not respect the journey all the way in? 😉 7’10 @rubbersoulsurfboards
