Current bod 👀
I’ve been tracking macros again diligently for about a month now and my body is like yasssss girl 🔥. I truly believe your body craves consistency in everything you do and eating is your number one ☝️ priority. When I eat like crap, I feel like crap, I believe in “if it fits your macros” but at the end of the day those little treats during the week won’t satisfy you. So don’t cheat yourself, get the good food in and watch your body thank you.
If you want help with your macros shoot me a DM and let’s get that bod in check for summer 😄

Okay so this is actually crazy but 100 followers?! Seriously, thank you to everyone who has followed me or anyone that has even clicked on a post of mine. It’s also really cool since I just posted my 50 follower special like two posts ago.
I’m pretty sure this post uses the least amount of pens, but I think it’s one of the more elaborate designs. I like how vibrant the pink is in the lettering, but I don’t love the flowers. I’m kind of experimenting with drawing and art, as I’m typically a graphic design student.
On another note, this week I got my first pad of watercolor paper! I got it from Michaels and it’s just a cheap Canson brand. I underestimated how thick the paper was though, it felt almost like cardboard and way thicker than my normal cardstock.
I’m definitely going to start to use watercolors more, I love the style and how relaxing it is to watch someone watercolor. I also want to get a water brush pen, like the Pentel ones. I heard that they were good for blending for lettering as well. I only have my Tombow Dual Brush Pens and Supertips for now though, and even though the Supertips are supposedly water-based, they don’t mix with water as well as the Tombow Pens, but that’s understandable. I also have the Artist Loft watercolor brush pens, but I’ve never tried them with water so that’s another goal of mine.
Last night we held our Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. It’s our opportunity to give back and say thank you to the people who do so much for us!
At the dinner, we honored Richard Sargent, or “Sarge” as we call him. Sarge officially retired this week from our Citizen Volunteer Patrol. He spent 12 years volunteering for the Department assisting with parking enforcement, traffic control, event coverage, training new CVPs, etc.. We are sad to say goodbye, but wish him well as he moves on to other endeavors.
Did you know in 2018 our Citizen Volunteers spent almost 10,000 hours serving the Department and our community? Their service and dedication is unmatched and we truly could not do what it is we do without them! So thank you to all of our volunteers for their service, we hope all of you know how very much you are appreciated! #bpd#beaumont#beaumontpd#beaumontca#citizenvolunteerpatrol#cvps#thankyou#commitmenttocommunity#wecouldntdoitwithoutyou#ourvolunteersrock
