  • Closing time, time for you to move to your new home. Congratulations to Katie and Brent!!! We sold their first home and upgraded to their new bigger home for not much more. Balancing a buy and sell is always stressful.  This was a fun one, in a neighborhood where homes were sitting on the market we sold for over list price with multiple offers and no seller paid concessions. Saving/making my clients $$$$. Then saved money with their purchase the seller did repairs and payed for some of the closing costs. Remember who you hire makes all the difference.
