  • 1’stone 10lbs lost since January . Not the finish mark but the in-between and the progress is absolutely fantastic so far . Structured nutrition plan followed seeing myself just once a week .’if you work for it it’s a lot quicker process than you think . If you aren’t progressing then you are not doing it correctly.  Let’s see what the next 4’weeks bring . Absolute satisfaction with progress so far a huge welldone @leah_lordmorris 💪🏻👏 still having a cheat day including wine .. find that balance the rest will follow 💥

The log book then becomes one of a few important tools here for feedback in regards to adjusting volume, how to periodise your training, when to take a break, when to deload or when to drop the hammer and push forward.

So pay attention to it, & if you are not tracking you are guessing.
