Started the morning off with #strawberriesandcream (protein shake) with added raspberries, some Greek yogurt 🍦 and almond milk 🥛 great flavours and a refreshing start to the day 
Are you starting again? Still pushing through or on the verge of kicking the bucket on your goals? 
We can’t sustain achievement on motivation alone, that’s what gets us started, but that soon goes when life kicks back in or you get up late to a training session, or you catch someone’s cold 🥶..... motivation seems to do a runner 🏃🏼‍♀️ that’s when sheer determination and want has to play a part, where changing our goals into a routine becomes the norm, not just a pipe dream, when we need our trainers to push us a little harder through those workouts 🥊🏋️‍♂️ sometimes all we can do is get up and be present 🚶‍♀️and sometimes that’s all you need 🙋‍♀️ #train #notalwayseasy @rcr_nutrition #rcrnutrition #proteinshakes #workout #alwayswinning #goeasy #health #strongmind #strongbody

  • There’s nothing like a dinner consisting of meat, mash and veg! Using @peppercorn.thegoodfoodco lean beef patties, with so much flavour but less fat than others I was able to enjoy them without guilt! 🤤🍔

  • Fruits👌 are good for us yea. “Gotta get the colours in”, “ My doctor said I need a well rounded diet” “fruit is natural and has antioxidants”. This  is all true yea But if fat loss is your main goal I would stick to only eating fruit one to two days per week unless your coach has said other wise.

How many calories are in a Big Mac? ( just as much as a bowl of fruits ). I’ll take the Big Mac thanks.
