There’s nothing like a dinner consisting of meat, mash and veg! Using @peppercorn.thegoodfoodco lean beef patties, with so much flavour but less fat than others I was able to enjoy them without guilt! 🤤🍔
Fruits👌 are good for us yea. “Gotta get the colours in”, “ My doctor said I need a well rounded diet” “fruit is natural and has antioxidants”. This is all true yea But if fat loss is your main goal I would stick to only eating fruit one to two days per week unless your coach has said other wise.
How many calories are in a Big Mac? ( just as much as a bowl of fruits ). I’ll take the Big Mac thanks. #bodiesbyjax 💋
