As much as I would like the rest of my body to catch up to my abs, I have to appreciate their dedication to showcasing my progress! I have 13 weeks left to see what this body can do!😎👊
Rest of the workout was fairly light. Can’t do many tricep movements currently due to forearms so looking for alternatives.
1️⃣ 3 x 12 strict OHP (40kg)
2️⃣ 3 x 10 bodyweight dips (can’t do weighted because of arms atm)
3️⃣ 3 x 10 lateral raises
4️⃣ 3 x 10 incline flyes
5️⃣ tricep pushdown 3 x 15 /(superset) with 3 x 25 narrow pushups
Not the best workout but hit a PR on the bench so can’t complain. If you know any good tricep exercises that don’t strain the forearms too much I would love to know!
