  • Here’s a couple superset arm workouts!

1️⃣⠀
𝙊𝙡𝙮𝙢𝙥𝙞𝙘 𝘽𝙖𝙧 𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙡𝙨:
Squeeze the biceps at the top.
Do not shrug your shoulders (that will take the tension off the biceps).
𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗽 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Set your arms shoulder width apart.
Keep your body straight as if you are performing a pushup.

2️⃣⠀
𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗹𝘀:
Sit slightly leaning back about an inch or two.
𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗭 𝗕𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗽 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Keep your elbows elevated.
Do not sit completely flat on the bench, keep your butt elevated.
