The story of the girl who fell in love with a persian prince.
She needed a way to win his heart, So she baked him a cake filled with all the beautiful persian flavours.

My version of this cake is a rose water, almond and cardamom sponge with rose water buttercream frosting topped with persian rose petals and pistachios
