The times are changing and we must also change. It doesn’t have to be hard, nor does it have to take time. Everyday we can make changes that will reduce our footprint. We all are told to drive less, yes that is a good way to start, but the biggest change we can make is with how we eat.

  • Finally tried the @carlsjr’s new Beyond Meat burger (ask for no mayo & no cheese...and I’d add mustard to it next time, besides the special sauce it already comes with) 😋 It was really good! Even if you’re not vegan, guess what?! This is tasty & a whole lot healthier than real meat. 🙌🏻 Oh, & I heard from someone that you can just ask for the Big burger & substitute the Beyond patty (cheaper that way), but not sure if that’s possible. Will try that next time. If you haven’t tried it yet, I would! 😍 #beyondmeatburger #carlsjr

  • A melhor Pizza Fit e Vegana! 🍕

Ingredientes:

2 tabletes de fermento biológico 
1 xícara de água morna
2 xícaras de farinha de trigo
1 pitada de sal
1 colher de sopa de azeite
1 tomate em rodelas
5 azeitonas picadas
.
Modo de preparo:
.
Dissolver o fermento na água morna, acrescentar a farinha de trigo e abafar com um pano de prato a mistura para que ela cresça, +/- 20minutos.
.
Após os 20 minutos, acrescentar a farinha, sovar, até dar o ponto de massa (macia).
.
Abrir a massa com o rolo ou com as mãos. Colocar em uma forma untada.
.
Colocar o recheio de sua preferência. (Na imagem tomate e azeitona temperados com orégano).
.
Colocar para assar em forno pré-aquecido, 205 graus por 20 minutos.
