HOW TO: Preheat a pan with some olive oil and add chopped mushrooms and minced garlic. Cook for two minutes then add a splash of soy sauce and parsley. Stir and cook until mushrooms are tender. Add on to avocado toast (don't think you need a recipe on how to make that) and ENJOY! ✨

(Enough for 500g pasta)

Ingredients:
•Olive oil
•1 red onion
•4 cloves of garlic
•1/2 zucchini
•2 carrots, peeled
•250g mushrooms
•2 tomatoes
•2 tbsp. vegan butter / margarine
•1 tbsp. dried basil
•1 tbsp. dried oregano
•salt and pepper
•500ml sieved tomatoes
•2 tbsp. tomato paste
•3/4 cup plant based milk
•1/2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
•Add all the veggies (onion, garlic, zucchini, musshrooms, carrots and tomatoes) separately in a food processor to chop them finely
•Heat olive oil in a sauce pan (enough to cover the bottom of the pan) over medium heat
•Add onion and garlic cloves and cook them for about 1-2 minutes or until the onion becomes transclucent
•Add zucchini and carrots and cook for 2 minutes
•Then add the mushrooms and cook them for another 2 minutes before adding tomatoes, tomato paste, dried basil, dried oregano, some salt and pepper, vegan butter and sieved tomatoes
•Stir well, reduce heat to low, cover sauce pan with a lid and cook for about 20 minutes
•Stir sauce regularly
•Whisk together plant based milk and flour and add the mixture to the sauce
•cook for another minute
•Add some more salt and pepper if necessary and serve with pasta

    Ingredients:

These tofu wings are so delicious, super crispy, spicy and baked in oven to make them a little healthier!😍
Perfect for dipping, as an appetizer or in a salad, you got to try these out!😋
Happy Tuesday!😙
Recipe:
Extra firm tofu
Cornstarch
Plant based milk
2,5 dl (one cup) Panko style bread crumbs
2,5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp salt
Black pepper
Dried basil
Hot sauce + melted vegan butter
Dip: plant based creme fraiche + vegan blue cheese dip mix.

Cut the tofu into sticks and put between paper towels. Place some weights over the tofu, let drain for about 15 min.
Preheat oven to 220c (425f).
Put the cornstarch in one bowl, the plant milk in a second bowl, and mix together panko, oil, paprika, salt, pepper and dried basil in a third bowl. Pour the crumb mixture onto a plate.
Dip the tofu sticks first in cornstarch then in milk and then roll in crumb mix and place to lined baking sheet. Bake in a oven for 25 min, flip and bake for 15 min until the tofu is crispy.
Brush tofu sticks with hot sauce + melted vegan butter mix and enjoy!
