Oregon coast is very beautiful as well. You’ll be surprised how green it is! There are so many pine trees covered with hundred years moss. It’s because of rain. The rain there is very often natural phenomenon. The symbol of Oregon is Douglas fir. It’s a very tall and asymmetric tree. You’ll see a lot of tall rocks in the ocean right next to the beaches. There are also a lot of lighthouses. It’s so windy on #oregoncoast that it feels cold.

  • Surrounded by acres of vibrant red rock millions of years old, I could feel my overstimulated senses come back into balance.  After the bombardment of Las Vegas, with all it's flashy chaos, being in Valley of Fire less than an hour away felt incredibly grounding.  I stepped into one of the stone cabins built back in 1935 to get a bit of shade when I noticed how the window framed the scenery outside. It looked like a painting of another world. Despite the heat, I felt goosebumps. #ppframed @passionpassport

  • Destination : @grimaldisrestaurant, Manhattan
Price : $-$$ Child Rating : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our Experience : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If there were only 3 words I could say about Grimaldi’s, it would be “WORTH THE WAIT”!!! On this particular day, we had already walked the 2km trek from Manhattan, over the Brooklyn Bridge, to destination “Grimaldi’s”. We had heard lots about how we had to try the Pizza here, but if I’m being honest, when I saw the line to get in, and then realised we were in for a 1 hour wait(!!!), I wanted to turn around and go back. But, I’m so glad we didn’t!!!!!!!! Grimaldi’s offers everything it promised - a delicious, mouth watering pizza like no other!!! With a full Italian inspired menu available, be careful to not fill up on the Meatball Sliders or Caprese Salad - save room for the Pizza, it will reward you for the wait!!! The restaurant is quite ‘squishy’, so I’d advise either leaving the pram at home, or parking it out the front - it’s not a pram friendly restaurant. 💡Hot tip : Don’t let the wait times deter you - pack some colouring or some card games to keep the kids occupied whilst you wait. There is a reasonable area around the front where the kids can find some space to sit down and keep themselves busy!

  • The geography nerd in me loves state capitols and is on a mission to visit every capitol building in the country. So obviously I had to kick off my Texas trip with a visit to the capitol building in Austin 😀
