  • hi everyone! i am back with a first impression post as i promised. i would like to introduce you to @ecooking, a danish brand founded by the stunning and intelligent, @tina__soegaard. a little backstory, ecooking started its journey on her kitchen table. after years of working in the industry, tina decided to take the matters in her own hands and at first only created 7 products for herself. they quickly became popular among her friends and family, literally sharing her little potions with them in jam jars and repurposed bottles. all the labels clearly state what each product is and what it's supposed to do, because her mom would often not understand the labels on the products she was buying. i can definitely relate to that as my mom is just as confused when it comes to skincare labels.
i would like to mention all these products are 100% vegan. the first product i want to talk about is the acne serum. it can be used as a spot treatment and also as an overall serum to stop bacteria from thriving on the surface of the skin. so far this has been very gentle on my skin and it has calmed my skin quite a lot after the aesop toner broke me out. this contains salicylic acid and tripeptides. it's not drying, and it absorbs quite fast.
the super serum is supposed to deliver moisture into the skin and minimize fine lines. i personally don't really have any, but it is very moisturizing and it makes my skin really quite dewy. i would recommend this over the moisturizing serum if you're concerned about fine lines!
the moisturizing serum i would say is very similar, except its main focus is, obviously, moisturizing the skin. this is amazing for extremely dry skin. it contains hyaluronic acid and is a great addition to my skincare routine. it feels very light and again, it absorbs really fast.
i will write a more in-depth review on these after i test them out a little bit more! which one of these serums would you personally want to try? let me know!

  • ▲ hello skincare friends. i debated posting this for a long time, mostly because when i thought of taking this picture, it was already kind of late and the lighting was not great, but then i thought i shouldn't let my perfectionism decide. if i felt so inspired then that i dropped everything i was doing to take this picture, then maybe it's worth posting. anyway. this is yesterday's night time routine. i did not try the mask yesterday, but i wanted to talk about it since i've tried it a couple times since i received it.
▲ PRODUCTS USED ▲
△ @youthtothepeople cleanser. i don't think i've ever mentioned how amazing the pump on this cleanser is. every skincare brand should be using a pump like this one. it's the best ever.
△ @atinge.organic hydrating face mist. i use this as a toner too. it's super hydrating, leaves your face soft and smells amazing. this is my third bottle and i'm sure it won't be the last one.
△ @bybibeauty supercharge serum*. i love how moisturizing yet light this oil is. i added four drops to my new moisturizer from atinge and left my skin feeling amazing.
△ atinge balancing face cream* "ease". i received this as a gift from the founder, we met up and had a chat and she was so kind. i've been dying to try this cream as it's got incredible ingredients, such as green myrtle, rosemary, sea buckthorn, jojoba and grapefruit seed extract. it's super light but still very moisturizing for my dry skin. this will not clog your pores if you have acne-prone/oily/combo skin and believe me when i say that it is the BEST moisturizer i've ever tried.
now onto the mask...
△ bybi beauty detox dust*. this is a clay powdered mask that you can mix with anything -- water, yogurt, honey, anything. i've used it a couple times and each time i got different results. it feels good to have so much power when it comes to your skincare, so you can make this mask work for whatever your concern is.

  • hi guys! 👋🦋 this is my night time routine. i didn’t have an makeup on, so i didn’t feel the need to double cleanse. i do however double cleanse sometimes just because i feel like my skin needs it more. i would typically go for a more exfoliating cleanse then a cleansing milk, and my skin really loves that.
🐝 @youthtothepeople cleanser • i’ve always found this cleanser to be quite drying on my skin. i don’t know what it is about it, but even my hands feel dry after i wash it off. i don’t use it often for that reason. i do really like the texture of it though, and if i quickly follow up with something moisturizing then it’s ok.
🐝 (not pictured) the grown alchemist toner i’ve spoken about for MONTHS. the best hydrating toner that is really harmless and works for everyone.
🐝 @iunik_official tea tree relief serum • this calms down my skin like no other. pimples, go to hell. redness? never heard of it. and it’s super light too! amazing!
🐝 @bybibeauty supercharge serum • this is such a beautiful oil. they call it a serum, but it’s really an oil. a beautiful blend of amazing oils, such as watermelon seed oil, evening primrose oil, jasmine flower extract, sunflower seed oil, etc. i mix three drops of this with three drops of the following:
🐝 @agentnateur holi(oil) • this has become my holi(grail). it is a wonderful face oil that combines the highest grade of natural, non-GMO ingredients. this will change your skin. it is currently the priciest skincare item i own, but i truly believe in this product, and i won't hesitate to repurchase.
🐝 @visvivaskincare retynil + frankincense • by now you can all tell i am an oil junkie. i just love them and my skin drinks them up. especially these three. i usually apply a couple drops of this after an hour or two. this is the only retinol in oil form that i have tried. it's not greasy, it absorbs instantly and i notice brightening effects since i started using it. love it.
🌼 are you guys an oil junkie like me? #skincare #beauty
