In New York sometimes you have to look up when you are looking for a yellow cab 🚕 😜

London... was such a dream! I just wanna go back there again! 😩 #takemebacktolondon
Name one such place you would like to go back to? Oh! Or well you can name a two, a three or a four... 😉
Man oh man. Me and snowboarding go way back. I grew up with my parents taking us to the mountains every winter for ski trips. They dropped us off in ski school for the day and my brothers and I got pretty good by the time we were like 12.⠀
In high school, I decided I would learn to snowboard and got my first board. My husband and I started dating and we both loved driving all the way from the coast up to the mountains for the day to go hit the slopes.⠀
Now tonight, my body is honestly aching from this weekend’s trip, because my yoga workouts just don’t use quiiiite the same muscles haha. What I enjoy at this life stage is giving my mind a break from the computer screens and the constant buzzing of my thoughts. When I was riding down the slopes, there is not much allowance for my mind to wander but to focus on the snow out in front of me and how I’m going to get to the bottom of the slope.⠀
Now, tonight that I’m back and prepping for the week ahead, of course I have turned this into some metaphor for moving forward. 🤪⠀
My thought is this: stay focused on what’s in front of me. Not too far ahead, not too close, but just out ahead so I can see where I’m going and keep my focus on one thing at a time. ✌️
When we arrived at Salzburg we decided to immediately go out for a walk in this beautiful nature phenomenon. After a snowball fight with friends we looked around us and saw the beauty of winter❄️
Don’t you think it looks really fresh when there's snow around?
Today was a great day! ❤️ Not because we did anything extraordinary but because we had one of the most pleasant conversations during the whole trip. So who did we talk to? - A globetrotting couple from Texas, in their ~70s! 🌎👵🏼🧓🏼 They shared stories about how Nicaragua was 30 years ago, and how it was living in Argentina during the war. They had also lived in Bangkok, and some years ago they drove a camper van through New Zealand. And these were just a few things. We ended up talking to these wonderful two people for 3 hours(!) on the beach. They were so genuine and it was so inspiring listening to them. Thank you for making our day! Wishing for more conversations like these in the future. And the reason they started talking to us? - Lova 👶🏼 Having a child opens so many doors! 😘🙏🏼PS. Picture is from Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.

Today I “officially” became a godmother as it was my gorgeous godson’s Christening ❤️ I definitely cried *quite* a few times but I am so grateful that I get to be such a huge part of AJ’s life ❤️ Thank you so much @shannan12675 for being my best friend and for having such a bloody gorgeous boy who gets to be my godson 💙
