Recipe:
- Quick oats, cinnamon & flaxseeds soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
- Coconut yoghurt mixed with our berrylicious blend
- Cook frozen blue berries on the stove for 3-5 mins - Top with more coconut yoghurt, fresh blue berries, banana & almond butter 
Quick & easy breakfast and is great for on-the-go ✨

  • ✨Let’s talk about anxiety✨

Im back in the office!

One of the most common conditions I am treating at the moment is anxiety. I used to suffer myself with anxiety and insomnia so I understand this completely.
.
Anxiety is just fear but can affect so many different areas of our lives. We can even develop coping mechanisms such as addictions or food fixations to deal with the overwhelming feelings.
.
Deep routed fears usually stem from ideas we learn to believe as kids or if we go through any trauma. When we didn’t have perspective on the world or know any different, some limiting ideas we pick up are:
.
▶️ I’m not good enough
▶️ I am different to other people
▶️ People don’t like me
▶️ I’m not safe
▶️ I should be achieving/doing more
.
When we base our decisions on fearful beliefs we attract more fear. We have to feel safe and secure in who we are and with the world around us using our logical mind, not the emotional. My favourite technique to treat anxiety is going to the cause - when we dissolve old feelings where they started they no longer have a told over us. .

  • This is what is about to go in the oven for today's lunch. 
Seasoned Chicken Breast, Mix of Fresh Veggies 😋🥗 Staying healthy  winter season is key. Two more months of cold & it's only getting worse. Another great preventative tip I have for winter is Cod Liver oil and Vitamin D every morning with breakfast. Fish oil will prevent from getting sick, reduce inflammation, help with eyesight, brain function and much more. Vitamin D will help during those cloudy days ( when we don't get sunlight) elevate mood and make sure our Calcium gets absorbed into our bones. ( You need Vitamin D to help absorb Calcium and if you aren't getting enough during cold/cloudy months  you might not be getting enough Calcium which can result in weakening of bones and joints)

  • Morning shares is all about this Elderberry Syrup made local by Rowe Organics . My son started to feel sick earache , stuffy nose and headache his first dose was at night next day woke with no earache and now after continuing the dose to 2-3 a day all symptoms are gone .... I’m all about preventive care and this is our new best friend!
