How to build big arms...
1️⃣ don’t train them 3x a week lol after a back day try 2-3 bicep finishers with reps of 15 . People over train them.
2️⃣ after a chest day hit your triceps 2-3 finishers
3️⃣ fuel your body properly
4️⃣ hit each part of your bicep and triceps rather than doing 3 exercises hitting the same muscle
5️⃣sleep! Without rest they won’t grow
6️⃣don’t try to be macho man swinging your body curling.... I’ve noticed the most growth going lighter weight and higher reps ———————————————

WOW. Haven’t done a #facetofacefriday in a LONG TIME. So the scale as been up and down for me for like 3 months now and that’s fine. Sometimes I get frustrated then realize I am at a healthy weight and I am happy. Although the scale hasn’t moved my face has legit disappeared. I have always had a very round face... ALWAYS. And it’s crazy because it feels like it has completely slimmed down overnight. Also- could someone have told me to leave my freaken eye brows alone back then?! LOLZ the picture on the right is SO old. It’s gotta be at least 5 years old. If the scale isn’t moving don’t get frustrated because I can almost guarantee your body is changing and you are loosing inches. I am feeling so much better then yesterday. Still not 110% back to myself but getting there! I hope you all had a wonderful Friday and have a great weekend 🤗💛✨
Dinner tonight was super simple😊
A bed of red cabbage, black rice, and peas, all topped with a peanut sauce😍 For the peas, I sauteed about 2/3 c of frozen peas with a T of liquid aminos, a T of maple syrup, and q dash of garlic powder. I just cook this over medium-high heat for a few minutes until the syrup boils and the peas start to brown.
Today had been an incredibly busy day. I had my usual 5 classes, an exam, and many hours of meetings for my design team. I managed to make time for the gym, which honestly really helps me take a break and destress. I've also had a headache all day, but now I'm eating this delicious food and taking a break before I get back to working on homework and I'm feeling much better 😊 my coursework is definitely very challenging and can be frustrating at times, but I just have to remind myself that I love what I'm learning, despite how difficult it is. Also, @gainesvillevegfest is tomorrow and I think I've mentioned that to everyone I've seen today because I am so excited 😋 so that's helped motivate me today.

Então, eu e o meu amigo @personaldiegao estávamos mais ou menos assim, muito trabalho, momento de enfermidade, sem ritmo de treino e de alimentação saudável!!
Agora em fevereiro voltamos aos trabalhos,porém, treinando sem uma parceria o treino estava sem ritmo, sem desafios, estava na tão famosa zona de conforto!!!
Hoje, finalizamos nossas aulas por volta das 20h e resolvemos fechar um treino de Peitoral e tríceps a moda “Old School”
