Today I woke up early and killed a workout at @f45_training_leonsprings even though my bed was nice and warm and I really wasn’t feeling it I got up and got my butt to the class and crushed it 🥵 and now I feel 100x better so push past that little voice that keeps saying “tomorrow” and start TODAY🤗

Just prepped this beautiful piece of meat for the oven to slow cook while I’m at the gym! Salt, pepper, garlic to start the cooking but I’ll add my sauce heavily later. If you’re strict Keto you may want to substitute grape jelly for artificial sugar for that sweet factor. My carb allowance allows it for the little bit I’ll get in the sauce.
1 cup chili sauce
3/4 grape jelly
2 tbsp beef broth
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Ran 220s today! It’s hard on the treadmill, but it works! Ended up being a bit over 4 miles and taking 36 minutes. It’s cool to see the correlation between heart rate and cadence for this workout!
-5 minute warm up -220 yards as fast as you can (35 sec ideally. The treadmill takes a few seconds to get up to speed so it can take a bit longer) -45 sec to 1 min jog
-Repeat x6 -5 minute recovery jog -Repeat a second set for 12 sprints in all🏃♀️
-5 minute cool down
I finished up with abs for a tough workout!
