if you’re unsure what weight to be using while exercising start low and if you can complete 10 full reps fairly easily without jeopardizing your form, feel free to increase your weight a bit.
2️⃣ curtsey lunges
3️⃣ slider lunges - do these without weight first. make sure you have the form down and come up through your front heel. if these hurt your knees, don’t do them. if you’ve got it down, feel free to add weight! these babies are alllll about time under tension.
4️⃣ leg extensions
5️⃣ calf raises
6️⃣ pistol squats

But I did it. I finished what may have been the hardest workout of my weight loss journey so far. It wasn’t pretty, but it’s done. ⠀
And if I’m completely honest, if it wasn’t for my team, I’m not sure I would have finished. They know I’m strong when I forget. ⠀
So thankful for them. And that I don’t have to do that workout again for a long time 😉
