  • Sometimes it’s good to reflect. Past months I’ve been going through an enormous change, growth and healing. Last year I started with my yoga teacher training and not only I’ve learned a lot about the yoga lifestyle, I’ve learned a lot about the most valuable journey in my life: my personal journey. After a half year of my yoga teacher training I can now say a lot has changed. I have changed. I feel more calm, more confident, more aware and more present. I’ve learned to listen, especially to myself. I’ve learned to be alone and especially, I’ve learned how to be alone & be happy. I’ve learned to accept the things of myself I always tried to change. I’ve learned to embrace my body and to take care of it with love. I’ve learned to recognize the moments when I was in need of rest, space or time for myself. Of course I still have periods when it can be quite challenging to stay in this zone and it can be tempting to go back to my old unhealthy habits where I’m too hard on myself and I’m in constantly my head. However it feels like I’m strong enough to be aware of it and to stay in the zone of acceptance and trust. I had to go through a rough path to come closer to my light, I cried a lot, I’ve been doubting a lot, there were a lot of days I felt lost and alone, but finally it feels like I found myself again. It’s actually a weird thing that we are constantly searching to something that is already there.. Every time it comes back to me: I can trust on my own power, it’s okay to be me, I am enough. The light is already there, you just need to peel off the layers to start to shine .. ☾

肩こりの原因が背中ではなくて、大胸筋の固さだったと嬉しい発見。
ハタヨガの由来など、お話も盛り上がりました。
とにかく毎日、頭皮マッサージと指ヨガをやって、自分の身体を観察する習慣をつけたいと思います。
