You don’t hear people talk about this all too often. Recently we have been overcoming the struggles of mold exposure in our apartment. We have been occupied by moving out and recovering our health. It has also prevented us from traveling as much as we prefer to. So for the lack of travels recently, here is a video of El Capitan surrounded by snowy trees. 😃🏞❄️🌲
Luckily we are able to put all those struggles behind us now and focus on the future. No matter what life throws at you, it’s good to keep your chin up and stay positive. Always remember, health is wealth, knowledge is power and experiences are priceless.

Fingers crossed for a clearing in the storm next week. The first few days after snow always have amazing views.
Love intentionally even when others don't deserve it. There is power in mercy 💫

What or who inspires you?
One miserable Sunday morning a few years ago i was running an event in the Derbyshire Peak District. It was cold, wet and hard. I was running pretty well but had my usual self doubts about how i would place, if i could finish etc.
I met a man who ran beside me for a few miles, we were chatting and i was stunned when he told me he was 83 years old. He was a machine, he was so conditioned to these events that he seemed to breeze through effortlessly. As we approached a rocky gully he slipped and sliced his hand on a razor sharp rock, i helped him up but realised his hand was in a pretty bad way. I stayed with him to the next checkpoint and made sure he was seen to and figured he would retire due to his injury. I carried on and finished the 30 miles, at the end of the run whilst sitting eating the my food i saw the same injured 83 year old walk through the doors. He had picked himself up and carried on to finish.
